Information involved in the service
When you create an account or make a reservation, DominGo may process contact details, language preferences, participant information, travel selections, booking history, and support communications. The site also receives basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and diagnostics needed for security and reliability.
Payments are completed through integrated payment providers. Never send full card numbers or security codes to DominGo by email. Information displayed by the marketplace about an experience may come from the host or operator responsible for providing it.
How information is used and protected
Information is used to authenticate accounts, present availability, process and confirm bookings, facilitate payments, send operational communications, prevent abuse, and answer requests. DominGo may work with providers supporting hosting, authentication, payments, email, and diagnostics, subject to their corresponding obligations and policies.
DominGo applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet-connected system can promise zero risk. Keep access links and devices secure, and contact support if you notice activity you do not recognize.
Your choices
You may ask about your data, correct profile information, or request deletion of information you provided, when applicable, by emailing team@domingo.do. Some transaction records may be retained as needed to complete bookings, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or satisfy legal and accounting requirements.
The complete privacy notice, its effective date, and any updates are published on the DominGo corporate site. If this summary differs from the complete notice, the complete notice controls.
Analytics and advertising measurement
DominGo uses the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure how ads lead to bookings. Some conversion events are sent directly from DominGo's servers rather than your browser. You can allow or decline this measurement anytime from Privacy in your account; declining stops future browser-based tracking. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, DominGo honors it automatically and does not load these pixels.
DominGo also uses PostHog to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks and, on public pages, session recordings with form fields masked. The same choice in Privacy and the Global Privacy Control signal apply to these analytics.
