Meeting Point
Itinerary – Salto del 12 Route

9:00 a.m. – Meeting point and welcome
Reception of participants, registration, safety recommendations, and start of the adventure.

Ecological Hike
Approximately 1 km walk along natural trails until reaching the first waterfall, enjoying the flora, fauna, and landscapes of the forest.

Tour of the Attractions
Visit to the source of the Boya River, small natural pools, and the impressive waterfalls, with time for photos, rest, and contact with nature.

Accompaniment throughout the route
Certified local guides, life vests, helmets, first aid kit, and continuous assistance.

Typical Dominican Lunch
At the end of the tour, we share a delicious traditional lunch to conclude the experience.

3:00 p.m. – End of activity
Return to the starting point with unforgettable memories of the Salto del 12 Route.

Before you go

Prepare for the Salto del 12 Route

To fully enjoy this experience, we recommend coming prepared. We will walk approximately 1 kilometer until we reach the first waterfall.

We recommend bringing:

* Water to stay hydrated.
* A snack or light meal for the journey.
* Comfortable clothing and, if possible, waterproof.
* Shoes that can get wet.
* Only the essentials for greater comfort.

Although the walk is not very demanding, it is advisable to have a basic physical condition to enjoy the route with ease.
