    • 9:00 A.M. | Equipment Handout: Your guide will provide the necessary vests and helmets for the adventure.

    • 12:00 P.M. | Refreshment and Rest: A break to enjoy refreshments made with fresh local products.

    • 2:00 P.M. | Lunch: A delicious, traditional lunch served in a local community home at the end of the tour.

    • 3:00 P.M. | Return: End of the adventure.
